today when we meat in are reading group we took turns saying are connection then questions then reactions and new words or inserting words too. We go in a circle to tack turns of saying are connection,questions,reactions and new words or inserting words. Then we pick how many pages we read today( we usually read two chapters a day). And today we are reading two chapters.
I am happy because Dorthy gets to go home because her brother is making a ramp so she can get in the house and out of the house every day. Are you happy about that?
I think Small steps was a great book, When she found out about when she found out she had polio she was so freaked out she thought she was going to die and I would too. And I wonder what happened to Tommy is he alive is he dead?
I think Small steps was a really good book, I liked how it had a lot of detail and dialog I'm also wondering what happened to Tommy did he ever get out of the iron lung? I'm happy that Peg got to go home and Dorthy. But I'm sad that Shirley died. Alice got to go home also but I thought her parents didn't want her.
I really liked the book Small Steps because, She was so excited about the parade at her school and then, all of sudden she got polio. But I was wondering how come she was the only one that had polio in her town. At the end of the book was sad because Alice and Shirley died.
